Mira Foods

Mira Foods is out here at 4/125 in Jahir Reddipatty. It is a bit away from the main city noise, which is nice most of the time. We have a simple building where we handle all the food processing and packing. The workers are all from the local area and we have known most of them for a long time. It is a very relaxed atmosphere, though we get very busy when a big order comes in. We do not have air conditioning in the main work area, just big fans that run all day. We spend a lot of time checking the raw materials that come in from the farms. If the quality is not right, we just send it back. We do not have a big corporate office in the city. Everything happens right here in Reddipatty. The desks are covered in sample packets and shipping labels. We do not use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just pack food and ship it out. Sometimes the delivery trucks get delayed because the roads around here can be narrow and bumpy. We just deal with it as it comes. We have our tea together in the mornings and talk about the local rains or the harvest. It is an honest living and we are not trying to impress anyone with big talk.
