Nandhi Dall Mills

Nandhi Dall Mills is located over at No. 270 on Narashimma Road in Shevapet. If you know the area, you know it’s always moving. We deal with the mill work every single day, and honestly, it gets quite dusty in here. You can hear the machines running from the street sometimes. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting bags and making sure the machines are actually doing what they’re supposed to do. Sometimes something breaks and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing it. That’s just part of life at a mill. We don't have a fancy front office or air conditioning. It’s just the warehouse space and the equipment. We've been in Shevapet for a long time now. The neighbors know us, and we know them. We start early in the morning when the air is still a bit cool before the sun really hits Narashimma Road. Lunch is usually just something quick so we can get back to it. We aren't trying to be the biggest place around, just trying to get the orders filled so people have what they need. It’s honest work, even if it’s loud and repetitive. We don't do much advertising because we're usually too busy with the actual grain. If you walk past, you’ll probably see the trucks loading up or someone sweeping the front step. That’s pretty much us. We don't need much more than the space we have and the machines we run.
