Nalarajah Foods Private Limited

We operate out of an apartment unit, Flat A3 in the Chola Rishimaharaj building. It’s at TS No 57/2 in Indirani Nagar, which is part of the Narasothipatty area in Salem. It might seem a bit odd to have a food company in a flat, but it works for what we do at Nalarajah Foods. We mostly handle the administration and the planning from here. Salem 636004 is a growing part of town, so there is always construction noise or something happening nearby. We are a private limited company but we keep things very low-key. There are no big signs or flashing lights. We just go about our business every day. Sometimes the neighbors wonder what we are doing with all the paperwork and the occasional deliveries. It’s a small team and we usually eat lunch together in the small kitchen. We don't use any big words to describe our work. We just try to get the food products to the right people at the right time. The commute to Narasothipatty can be a bit of a drag in the mornings, but once we are in the office, it’s just about getting the job done. It’s not a polished corporate office with fancy chairs, just a place where we can sit down and work without too much trouble. We just do our bit and go home.
