Arul Murugan Sago Factory is out in Parapatty Post. The address is No: 2/69, and we are located via Mallur. It’s a bit of a rural setting, which is nice because there is plenty of space for the factory work. We’ve been here for years, and the routine hasn't changed much in all that time. The air is a bit fresher out here than in the city, though the factory can get quite warm in the middle of the day. Most of the people working here are from around the local village area. We don't have any big corporate offices or people in suits walking around. It’s just a place where we process the sago and get it ready. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know.
