Pgm Global Exports & Imports is based at No. 394 Nethaji Street in Kattur Alagapuram. Kattur is a busy area, and Nethaji Street always has something going on. Our office is a straightforward place. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. It's just a space where we handle the export and import tasks that come our way. We have some desks and a lot of ledgers because we still like to write things down sometimes. The street outside can get a bit loud with the motorbikes and the vendors, but it’s the kind of energy we are used to by now. We spend our days checking on logistics and making sure the paperwork is in order for the different shipments we handle. It isn't always easy, and sometimes there are mistakes that we have to fix, but that is just how it goes in this business. We are just local people running a small operation. We don't use any fancy management styles or corporate talk. We just talk to our clients like they are neighbors. Most of our work is done through word of mouth and people we have known for years in Kattur. We like the location because it feels connected to the rest of the city. We just keep things simple, do our daily work at No. 394, and try to stay on top of the shipping schedules without making too much of a fuss about it.
