R. S. M. Import Exporters

You can find us over at 68 North Street in Sandapet, which is part of Tirukovilur in the Vilupuram District. It’s a fairly quiet area compared to the big cities, but there is always something moving around here. At R. S. M. Import Exporters, we spend our time managing the flow of goods coming in and going out. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication. The office is right on North Street, so we see a lot of the local life passing by our window every day. Sometimes it feels like we are more of a logistics hub than anything else. We handle a bit of everything, from tracking shipments to checking the customs rules which seem to change whenever they feel like it. The building we are in is quite sturdy and has been here for a long time. We have a small storage area in the back where we keep samples sometimes. Most of our work is done on the phone or through the local internet connection, which can be a bit slow when it rains. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. Just the name on the door and the work we do. It’s a steady pace of life in Vilupuram, and we like it that way. We just keep track of the boxes and make sure the imports arrive and the exports depart without too much trouble.
