Al Emira Impex

You can find us over at Avr Apartment No. 2, right on Tamil Sangam Road. Being in Shankar Nagar means we are right in the middle of everything, which is helpful but also means it gets crowded fast. Al Emira Impex is basically just a small office inside the apartment building where we handle all the impex stuff. It’s not a big corporate setup or anything like that. We have some shelves for samples and a couple of old computers that sometimes act up when it gets too hot in the afternoon. Most days are spent on the phone trying to coordinate things or checking on where a shipment is. The stairs in the building are a bit narrow, so if we have big packages coming in, it can be a real struggle to get them up to the second floor. Our neighbors are mostly families, so we try not to make too much noise during the day. Sometimes the traffic on Tamil Sangam Road is so bad that people are late getting here, but we don't worry too much about that. We just take it as it comes. It's a lot of manual tracking and writing things down in notebooks because we trust that more than the software sometimes. It is just a regular local business trying to keep things moving along without too much fuss. We’ve got some plants by the window that usually look a bit thirsty but we remember to water them eventually.
