Our office is upstairs in the PCC Complex over in Jagir Reddypatty. It’s not a huge place, just a few rooms where we handle all the export and import details. You have to walk up the stairs at the side of the building to find us. It’s usually pretty quiet inside, except for the sound of the printer or someone on a call trying to track a shipment. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and filing papers because that’s the nature of this business. The view from the window is just the street below and the roofs of other buildings in the complex. It’s a practical location for us since it’s close enough to the main routes but tucked away enough to get some real work done. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights. Most people who come here already know us or have been told where to go. We keep a pot of tea going most of the afternoon, and the desk is usually covered in folders and notes. It’s not about having a fancy setup for us; it’s about making sure the numbers match and the goods are moving between places like they’re supposed to. We just take it one shipment at a time and try to keep everything organized so nothing gets lost in the shuffle of the daily routine. It’s a lot of coordination, but we’ve got a good system going upstairs here.
