Spakle Learning Point

Spakle Learning Point is located near the water tank in Roorkee. The name has a bit of a typo in it, but we decided to keep it that way because everyone already knew us by it. The water tank is a great way to tell people how to find us, as you can see it from pretty far off. Our space is pretty basic. We have some wooden benches that have seen better days and a few tables for the older students. It’s not the most modern place in the world, but it works for what we need. I started this because there wasn't much else in this part of 247667 for kids who needed extra tutoring. I’m usually there from the afternoon until late in the evening. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we usually prioritize buying new books or supplies instead. It’s a bit of a family atmosphere here. We know the students' names and often know their parents too. There isn't any formal corporate structure. We just open the doors, let the students in, and start working through the material. Sometimes we have tea breaks when things get too heavy. It’s a small, local operation, and we like it that way. We don't try to be anything besides a place where people can come to learn and get a bit of extra help.
