Ideal Business School

If you head down Deoband Road toward Village-Udhalhedi, you’ll find us sitting there in Manglor. Ideal Business School isn't some massive corporate campus; it’s a place where we try to get things done without too much fuss. Being out here in Roorkee means we deal with a lot of local students who come from the nearby villages. The commute can be a bit long for some, but they usually make it on time. The building itself is practical, and we spend most of our mornings just checking the registers and making sure the fans are working in the classrooms. It gets pretty dusty out this way when the trucks go by on the main road, so there is always some cleaning to do. We don't have a huge marketing team or anything like that. It’s mostly just a few of us handling the admissions, the accounts, and the daily teaching stuff. Sometimes the internet is slow or a pipe leaks, and we just deal with it as it comes. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and have gotten used to the quiet surroundings of the village. It’s a straightforward setup where the focus is really just on the books and getting the students through their courses. We drink a lot of chai in the staff room while figuring out the next week's schedule. It’s a busy life, but it works for us.
