About M. Toseef Wood Crafts – Architect, Interior & Structural Design in Saharanpur
Our shop is tucked away at 10/714, Khajoor Tala. If you know the area, you know it is mostly narrow streets and lots of noise from people using tools. M. Toseef Wood Crafts is a pretty small place. We spend most of our time covered in sawdust from head to toe. There is always wood piled up in the corners and sometimes it gets a bit too crowded in here to even walk. We don’t have a big showroom or fancy lights to show off the work. It is just workbenches, saws, and a lot of wood. My hands are usually pretty rough from the daily work, but that is just how it goes when you work with your hands. We start very early in the morning when it is still cool outside. The smell of fresh cut wood is the first thing you notice when you walk inside the door. Sometimes we even have to move some of our stuff out to the street just to have enough room to turn around. Khajoor Tala is a busy spot and neighbors are always passing by to say hello. We don’t spend any money on ads or things like that. People just know we are here. Sometimes the wood doesn’t arrive on time or a tool breaks down, and we just have to figure out how to fix it ourselves. It is a simple life. We make things, we sell them, and then we go home.
