New Janak Restaurant

New Janak Restaurant is over at Parasvanath Plaza on Court Road in Saharanpur. Being on Court Road means we are right in a busy part of town where a lot of people are working or going to the offices nearby. Parasvanath Plaza is a well-known building, so it’s easy for folks to find us. We started this place as a simple restaurant where anyone can come in and grab a bite to eat during their lunch break or after work. We don't have any fancy lighting or expensive furniture. It’s just a clean, functional space with enough room for everyone to sit comfortably. We see a lot of lawyers, clerks, and local shoppers coming in throughout the day. The kitchen is small but we keep it organized. We don't have a big corporate team behind us. It’s just us, the owners and a few helpers, making sure the food is served and the tables are cleared. Saharanpur is our home and we like being part of the daily life on Court Road. We don't try to be something we're not. We just provide a place to eat and a bit of a break from the busy street outside. It’s a straightforward business and we take it one day at a time. If you’re near the plaza, you’ll see us there, just doing our thing. We've been here for many years now.
