Raj Biryanis

This is our little place on Sardar Patel Marg in Saharanpur, specifically in the A Chand area. If you know the Mission Compound, we are located right behind it. Saharanpur is a town where people appreciate a good meal, and we have been at this address for quite some time now. We also end up serving folks in Bhiwani, which keeps us pretty on our toes. The building isn't brand new, and the street outside can get a bit muddy when it rains, but it is home to us. Being behind the Mission Compound means it is a little quieter than the main road, but people still find their way here. We spend most of our mornings getting the kitchen ready and making sure the supplies arrived correctly. Sometimes the deliveries are late, and we have to scramble, but that is just how it goes in a small business. It is a family-run kind of feel here. We don't use any fancy systems, just our hands and the old stoves. The 247451 area is where we live and work, so we know most of the faces that pass by. It’s a lot of long hours standing up, but seeing the same neighbors come back makes it feel worth the effort. We are just Raj Biryanis, trying to do our job behind the compound and keep everything moving along for our customers.
