Lee Zam Restaurant

Lee Zam is located inside Uttam Heritage on Ambala Road in Saharanpur. We are pretty close to the Clock Tower, which is a landmark most people around here know. Our restaurant isn't very large, but we’ve made the most of the space we have. It’s a simple setup with some basic furniture and lighting that gets the job done. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now. The team consists of a few local guys who know their way around a kitchen. We don't have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. Everyone just pitches in where they are needed. Some days we are peeling onions for hours, and other days we are busy out front. The atmosphere is just normal—not too quiet, but not too loud either. We get a lot of people coming in from the main road who are just passing through Saharanpur. We try to provide a solid meal so they can get back on their way. We don't do much in terms of advertising; people usually just see our sign or hear about us from someone else. It’s a straightforward business. We keep the place clean, the food warm, and the prices where they should be. It’s just a regular restaurant for regular people, and we are happy to be a part of the local scene near the tower.
