Nitya Jyoti Rewari Mahila Kisan Utpadak Producer Company Limited is located in the Manethee area of Ghothra in Rewari. We are based at Hiralal’s place. Our address is C/O Hiralal, Manethee, Ghothra, Rewari-123102 Rewari 123102. This is a company specifically for the women farmers in our region. It’s something we take a lot of pride in, even though it’s a lot of hard work. We meet up to discuss how to manage our crops better and how to get our produce to the markets without getting cheated by the middleman. It’s a collective effort, I guess. Most of us are busy with our homes and our fields, so finding time for the company meetings can be tricky. But we make it work somehow. We don't have a corporate office with air conditioning or fancy chairs. We usually just gather together in the shade and talk things through. The paperwork is handled by a couple of us who have a bit of schooling and know how to use a computer. It’s a way for us to have more of a voice in the local economy. We deal with whatever crops are in season, like mustard or wheat. Sometimes we have workshops on how to save water or use better compost. It’s a community-driven project. We aren't looking to be famous, we just want our families to do better and have some security.
