Karhar Farmer Producer Company Limited is based in Taraori. You can find us at Shop No- 200 A, on the First Floor of the New Anaj Mandi. Being right in the grain market is the best place for us to be. We are a group of farmers who organized into a producer company. This lets us manage our sales and crops better as a team. Most of our work happens right there at the Mandi. We deal with the rice and grains that come through Taraori. It’s a very busy area, especially when the harvest comes in. Our shop is where we handle the transactions and meetings. It’s not a fancy office, just a functional space. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We are just local farmers. We know the trade because we live it every day. The first floor of the New Anaj Mandi is usually bustling with activity. We spend a lot of time talking to other growers and traders. It’s a tough business but we stick together. We aren't trying to sound like a big corporation because we aren't one. We are just a bunch of neighbors working the same land. We focus on getting our produce sold at fair prices. That’s why we started this company. We’re just here in Taraori doing our thing. It's honest work and it keeps the community going. That's all we're about really.
