Dharchana Farmer Producer Companylimited is over in Dharchana village, which is part of the Bawal area. We are located at House Number 58. Like most people around here, we live and breathe farming every day of the year. It is what our fathers did and what we do now, and probably what our kids will do too. The company is just a way for us to be a bit more organized as a group. We have quite a few farmers in our group now. It’s a lot of coordination, which isn’t always easy when everyone is busy with their own land and their own problems. Bawal is an area that’s growing with factories and things, but for us, it’s still all about the fields. We use the house as our main office because it’s easy for everyone to get to without having to travel far. We aren't trying to sell you anything fancy or make big promises. We just produce what the land gives us. Some years it’s wheat, some years it’s mustard or other local crops. We try to help our members get seeds and fertilizer without getting cheated by middlemen. It’s a very practical thing, really. We spend a lot of time just talking on the porch and planning our next move. It feels good to finally have something of our own. We don't have a big logo or a shiny truck. We just have our name and our hard work.
