We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy. You just come in and talk to whoever is available. Most of us are from around Bawal, so we know the local landscape and what people are dealing with. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or sitting around with tea, trying to sort out the logistics for the farmers. It's not a glamorous job, but it’s important to us.
