Pathuhera is where we are, specifically at H. No. 99. Dharam Pal helps run things here. It is a quiet village in Tehsil Bawal. We call ourselves Agricross Farmer Producer Companylimited, but mostly we are just neighbors. We spend a lot of time figuring out the best way to handle the crops. It is a lot of work and honestly, the sun is quite harsh most of the year. We don't have a fancy office or any marketing people telling us what to say. We just sit around in the courtyard and talk about the harvest. Sometimes the rain is late and it makes things stressful. We share what we have and try to get a better price for everyone’s grain. It’s a very simple setup. The paperwork can be a real headache, especially with all the government rules. We have a few old desks and some chairs that don't match. It’s not about looking professional for us. It is just about getting the work done. Pathuhera is a small place so everyone knows where to find us. We don't need a big sign on the road. We’ve been here for a long time and we know the land around Bawal well. It’s just us doing what we can. Nothing more to it than that, really. It’s a hard life sometimes but it’s ours. We just keep going day by day and try to manage our local farming business the best way we know how.
