R.T.C. B.Ed College

Started out in Ranchi near the P.H.E.D. area in Buti. It is a quiet place for the most part, though things get busy when the students arrive. We've been here for a bit, just running the B.Ed college and trying to keep things organized. The building isn't fancy or anything, but it works for what we do. People around Jharkhand know the spot well enough. Some days the weather is nice and everyone sits outside during breaks. Teaching is just what happens here every day. It’s mostly just us doing the paperwork and the teachers doing their lessons in the rooms. There isn’t a lot of noise from the main road, which is good for focusing. We see a lot of people coming from different parts of the state to get their training done. Sometimes the electricity goes out but we just carry on. It’s a simple setup at R.T.C. B.Ed College. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Just the staff and the students. If you come by Buti, you’ll find us easily enough near the water works. It’s just a normal school day here most of the time, with people carrying books and talking about their exams. We like it this way, keep it straightforward without too much fuss. It gets a bit crowded during admission time, but we manage. That is pretty much the whole story of this place in Ranchi.
