You can find Patel B.Ed College on the first floor of the building at Main Road, Hinoo Chowk. We are in Ranchi, Jharkhand, 834002. Being right at the Hinoo Chowk means it is a very busy spot. There is always a lot of traffic and noise outside from the main road. Our college focuses on teacher training. The space is mostly taken up by lecture halls and a small library area. It is not a sprawling campus with grass; it is an urban building setup. Most of our students are adults who are looking to get their teaching degrees. They come in from various parts of Ranchi. The stairs can be a bit steep getting up to the first floor. Inside, we have basic furniture and some computers for the students to use. Our office staff deals with the university paperwork and admissions. It is a straightforward operation. We do not spend money on glossy brochures. We just have the classrooms where the professors give their lectures. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait for the generator. That is just part of living and working in Ranchi. The location is convenient because the bus stops are nearby. We have been operating out of this Hinoo Chowk location for a while. It is a practical place for people who are serious about becoming teachers. We just do our work and go home. There is nothing more to it than that.
