Being in Sagar Palace at room 203 gives us a central place to manage our hotel business. It’s not a huge headquarters with glass walls. It’s a practical space where we handle the day-to-day stuff. The noise from the bridge and the traffic can be a lot sometimes, but that’s just life in this part of town. We are just regular people trying to run a hotel company without any of that corporate fluff. We don’t have a big marketing team telling us what to say. We just focus on the building and the rooms. Some days the traffic is so bad it takes forever to get to the office, but we manage.
