Hotel Capitol Hill

Hotel Capitol Hill is a name people in Ranchi know well, but we have our roots tied into the local neighborhoods like Mecon Colony in Shyamali. Our address here is C-116, which is a quiet spot away from the main road noise. Shyamali is one of those places where everyone knows each other, and it feels more like a community than a city. Running a hotel means there is never a day that is exactly the same as the one before. One day we are fixing a leak in the plumbing and the next we are helping a guest find their way to a local temple. We don't use those big words or try to act like we are better than anyone else. We just have a building with rooms and we try to keep them tidy. The staff here has been with us for a long time, so they know how everything works. We spend a lot of time making sure the kitchen has fresh vegetables and that the linens are washed properly. It’s just the basic stuff that makes a stay comfortable. We don’t have a fancy marketing department writing things for us. This is just us, sitting in the office in Mecon Colony, making sure the bookings are confirmed and the bills are paid. It's a lot of small tasks that add up to a full day of work, but we like the pace of it.
