We are located in Shop No-1 at the Jagdish Palace building on Kamla Kant Road. If you are from Ranchi, you probably know the Pahari Mandir, which is quite close to us. It’s a busy part of the city. Nckb Hotels And Resorts Private Limited is a small operation. We aren't some big company with offices all over India. It is just a few of us here in this shop. We spend our time managing our properties and making sure everything is in order. It’s a lot of back and forth. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to scramble, but that’s life in Jharkhand. We keep our office pretty basic. There are some chairs, a desk, and a lot of registers. We don’t go for anything fancy. We talk to our guests and our staff in plain English or Hindi. We don’t have those long corporate meetings. We just sit down and talk about what needs to get done for the day. Being near the temple means there are always people around, which we like. It feels alive. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the streets of Ranchi get busier every year. We just do our work and try to stay out of trouble. It’s a simple life running a business like this. We are just glad to be part of the local community here on Kamla Kant Road. It’s how we’ve always done it.
