Mittal Traders

Mittal Traders is located on the ground floor of a building on Ranchi Main Road. We are quite close to the entrance of Bishnu Gali. Being on the Main Road means we are right in the thick of things. There is always a stream of people walking past our door and the sound of traffic is constant. Our shop is a straightforward trading business where we keep a variety of general goods. It is a long, narrow space with shelves on both sides that we try to keep stocked up. My uncle was the one who started this business years ago, and I took over the daily operations from him. We have a lot of customers who have been coming to us since I was a small boy. It is nice to see familiar faces every day and ask about their families. We do not have any air conditioning or fancy lighting, just the basic stuff we need to run the shop. Sometimes when the new stock arrives, the place gets very cluttered and we have to work around the piles of boxes. It is a bit of a scramble to get everything organized again. We do not use any modern marketing techniques. We just rely on being in a good location and treating people fairly. It is a busy life on the Main Road, but we would not have it any other way. We just do our work.
