This Acc Cement Ltd spot is located over at Ratu Road in Ranchi. We are care of Bina Sinha at Indrapuri Marg Number 1. Ranchi is a growing city, and Ratu Road is one of the main veins for business here. Our office is a bit small, but it’s where we do all the planning for the cement deliveries. It’s not a shiny corporate office. It’s more of a place where people sit down, have a tea, and talk about how many bags they need for their project. We have a lot of local regulars who come by. The street outside can be quite noisy with all the auto-rickshaws and bikes. Inside, it’s mostly just us and the ledger books. We don't use any fancy software for everything; a lot of it is still done by hand with pens and paper. The weather in Ranchi can be unpredictable, so we’re always keeping an eye on the sky to make sure the cement stays dry. It’s a simple operation. We don't have a mission statement or any of that promotional stuff. We just try to be here when people need us. It’s a lot of work handling the logistics, but we’ve got a good rhythm going.
