Balajee Udyog

Our workshop is located at Plot No. 40 in the Kokar Industrial Area. If you come by, you’ll hear the machines long before you see the sign for Balajee Udyog. This is where we do all our manufacturing. It’s a rough-and-tumble kind of place, full of raw materials and heavy equipment. We don't have a lobby or a receptionist. If you want to talk to us, you usually have to walk back to the shop floor and find someone who isn't wearing earplugs. It’s dirty work, but we’ve been doing it for years and we like it. The industrial area is full of businesses like ours, so there’s a lot of truck traffic and the smell of exhaust in the air. We spend our days managing production schedules and making sure the parts are right. We aren't looking for awards or anything. We just want to finish the orders on time and get them shipped out. The office is just a small corner with a desk that’s covered in blueprints and old coffee mugs. It’s a real working environment. We don't put on any acts for visitors. What you see is exactly what we are. We work hard, go home tired, and come back the next morning to do it all over again. It’s an honest way to make a living in Kokar. We keep the scrap metal piled up in the corner until the truck comes to collect it and clear the floor.
