Ocl India Ltd is over in the Balbir Sing Complex in Hinoo, Ranchi. Jharkhand is where we operate from. It's a busy building on a busy street. Our space in the complex is where all the daily activity happens. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the flashiest office in town. We just have our set of rooms where the work gets done. Most of the people working here have been with the company for a good while. We know the routines by heart now. Hinoo is a lively area, so there is always something happening outside the windows. Inside, it’s just the sound of keyboards and people talking on the phone. We don't use any corporate jargon when we talk to each other. We just say what needs to be said and get on with it. The Balbir Sing Complex has a lot of different businesses, and we are just one of them. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. You just walk in and see us working. It’s a very straightforward setup. We handle the business for Ocl India Ltd without any unnecessary complications. If things get busy, we just stay a bit later. If it's slow, we chat about the weather. It's a very human way to run an office. We like the simplicity of our Ranchi branch. It works for us and it works for the company.
