J.K.White Cement Works

If you’re looking for us in Ranchi, we’re right on Kanke Road. We’re located just above Ankur Medical, right opposite Chashm E Shahi. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there’s always noise from the traffic coming up the stairs. The J.K.White Cement Works office here is a bit cramped but we make it work. We handle the paperwork and the orders for the area. Being above a medical shop means there is always someone coming and going downstairs. Our office has a few old desks and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don't really have a lobby or anything like that. It’s more of a place where you walk in and start talking business right away. The Ranchi weather can be a bit unpredictable, so we are always checking the roof for leaks during the monsoon. We spend our days talking to builders and making sure the white cement gets to the sites on time. It’s not a glamorous job, but it is what we do. We’ve been at this location for a while now, so most of the locals know where to find us. We don’t do any big advertisements. The name on the door and the word of mouth from the contractors are usually enough to keep us busy. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get home on time every evening.
