Lucy Consultants is located at F53 in the Shyamli Mecon Colony, which is part of Doranda in Ranchi. Being in Jharkhand, we get a mix of all kinds of people coming through our doors. Our office is basically part of the colony life, so it’s not some glass-walled corporate building. It feels a lot more like a home office where we handle consulting work. We help people with various problems they might be having with their businesses or paperwork. It’s not always exciting, but it’s necessary work. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait it out or work by the windows. That’s just how it is here. We’ve been in Doranda for a good while now and we like the atmosphere of the Mecon Colony. It’s peaceful compared to the main city center. Our team is small, just a couple of us who know our way around the local regulations and how things get done in this part of the country. We don't have any big slogans or anything. We just listen to what people need and try to offer some decent advice based on what we’ve learned over the years. It’s a low-key operation. We spend a lot of time on the phone or going through files. People usually come to us because a friend told them we were helpful. We like keeping it that way, just a local spot helping out where we can. We are here most days if anyone needs us.
