B P Sinha is based out of the Jelite Auto Centre on Ratu Road in Ranchi. If you know Ranchi, you know that Ratu Road is almost always crowded with cars and people going about their business. Being located inside the auto centre means it is never really quiet, but we have gotten used to the noise of the traffic and the sounds of the shops nearby. Our office is a modest little space where we keep our files and do our daily tasks. It isn't anything you would see in a magazine, but it’s practical for what we need. We spend most of our time dealing with whatever comes through the door. The people working here are just locals who know the neighborhood and the people who live around here. We don't have any big mission statements or complicated rules. We just show up in the morning, do the work that needs doing, and try to be helpful when we can. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets blocked by a festival, but we just roll with it. It is a very down-to-earth kind of place. We value being consistent more than being flashy. If you are ever passing through Ratu Road, that is where you will find us, just doing our thing in our corner of the auto centre and making sure the day goes by productively.
