Automobiles Insurance Sector

This office is located over in Shishir Kunj, which is quite close to the DAV International School on Bariayatu Road. If you know that area in Ranchi, you know it gets incredibly crowded when the school lets out in the afternoon. We handle the insurance stuff for the automobile sector here. It is mostly a lot of paperwork, looking at different forms, and talking on the phone with people who have had a bit of bad luck with their cars. The building is simple, nothing too modern, but it stays cool enough during the Jharkhand summers. We have got a couple of desks piled high with files and an old computer that has seen better days. The team here is just a small handful of us who live nearby. We usually spend the morning catching up on emails and checking the latest insurance updates from the main office. It is not the most exciting work in the world, but it is important for the folks who come in to see us. We see all sorts of people, from truck drivers to families with their very first scooters. Sometimes we have to explain the same thing five times, but that is just how the job goes. The rain in Ranchi can be really heavy, so we often end up stuck here waiting for a storm to pass. We do not have a big marketing budget or anything. We just work. (247 words)
