Call Concepts

We operate out of Flat No 211 in the Rameshwar Apartment building. This is located on Radium Road in Ranchi. The area code is 834001. Using an apartment as an office means it feels a bit more like a home than a cold corporate building. We call the business Call Concepts. It’s a small setup with just enough room for our equipment and a few chairs. Radium Road is a pretty busy area, so there’s always something going on outside. The apartment isn't huge, but it's enough for what we do every day. We don't have a reception desk or a lobby. You just come in and we’re right there at our desks. Ranchi is a place where people generally know each other, and we like being part of the local community here. The building itself is older, but it’s sturdy. We’ve been in this flat for a while now. Sometimes the elevator in Rameshwar Apartment acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s just part of the daily life here. We don't use any fancy language to describe ourselves. We are just a small team working in a flat on Radium Road. It’s a practical arrangement that keeps our costs down and lets us focus on the tasks at hand. Most of our day is spent on the phone or managing papers. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We have a small balcony where we can stand for a few minutes if things get too busy.
