The building has its quirks, like the occasional noisy fan or a door that sticks, but it’s our space. We like being in Kokar because it feels like a real part of the city. We often see the same people passing by every day. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't make big promises or use a lot of jargon. We just stay at our desks on H B Road and handle the daily consultancy tasks as they come in. It’s a quiet, steady kind of business. The rain can be pretty loud on the roof during the monsoon, but we just keep working.
