Basix is located over on A G Road in Ranchi. Our mailing address involves the Cisf Mha and Po Box 14, which sounds a bit official, but we are just regular people working here. It is a part of town that has a lot of government-related offices and staff around, so it feels quite secure and steady. We have been in Ranchi for a good amount of time now. The office isn't anything to brag about in terms of architecture; it is just a functional space where we handle our business. We spend our days mostly on paperwork and coordinating different tasks. It can get pretty quiet around here compared to the main markets, which we actually prefer for getting work done. We do not have any big corporate manifestos or shiny brochures. If you want to know what we are doing, you just have to ask. We try to be clear and direct with everyone. The team here is small, and we have all known each other for a while. Ranchi is a growing city, but we like sticking to our corner on A G Road. It is easy to get to once you know the way. We keep the lights on and the doors open during the day.
