Johar Resorts is based out of Sai Sadan, which you can find on the Science Block Lane in New Nagra Toli. We are a small LLP, which just means a few of us are working together to keep this place going. We aren't some massive corporation with a fancy headquarters. Our office is just a regular spot where we handle the paperwork and the planning for our resort projects. We like being in this part of town because it’s a bit quieter than the main streets but still close enough to everything. Most of our days are spent on the phone or working through files to make sure our operations are running okay. We don’t have any big, polished speeches about why we do what we do. It’s just work. We grew up around here, so we know the local area and the people. We try to keep things friendly and simple. Running a resort business involves a lot of moving parts, and we’re just the people behind the scenes making it happen. We don't really use marketing jargon because it doesn't feel natural to us. We’d rather just be honest about what we are. It’s a local business run by local people. We take things one day at a time and try to do a decent job for anyone who interacts with us. It’s a lot of coordinating and checking on things, but that’s the reality of the business in Ranchi.
