We are located in Ranchi, tucked away in Shukla Colony. If you know the area, we are right behind the Crown Plaza in Hinoo. It’s a decent spot, a bit quieter than the main roads but still close enough to everything we need. Our work with IL FS here involves a lot of regional tasks and managing local details for various projects. The office itself is pretty basic and straightforward. We’ve got our desks, some chairs for visitors, and lots of folders stacked up. Ranchi has its own pace, and we definitely follow it. We start our mornings with tea and a quick look at what needs to be finished from the day before. Dealing with logistics and administrative work means things can get a little repetitive sometimes, but we don't mind the routine. The neighbors in Shukla Colony are mostly families and other small businesses, so it has a nice, safe feel to it. We aren't some big high-flying team from out of town. We are just local staff who show up and do what’s required of us. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power flickers during the day, but we just work around it like everyone else does in Ranchi. It’s a practical place to work. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive signs. We just focus on keeping our records straight and helping out with the local operations. It’s a steady job in a good part of town.
