Icici Bank

We are over here on H B Road in Kokar. It’s a busy part of Ranchi and there’s always something going on outside our doors. Most days start with us getting things ready before the shutters go up. People from around the 834001 area come in for all sorts of bank stuff. Some days it is really crowded and other days it’s just the regular crowd. We handle the usual accounts, cash, and paperwork that comes with being Icici Bank in this neighborhood. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we sit and get the work done. You see the same faces every week. Someone might be here to fix an issue with their card or just to update a passbook. We’ve been at this spot for a while now so we know the local shops and the traffic patterns on the road. It gets a bit noisy with the horns but that is just Ranchi for you. We try to keep things moving so no one has to wait too long. It is basically just a group of us working through the piles of forms and talking to whoever walks in. We don't have a big speech about what we do. It is just banking. We show up, handle the transactions, and go home when the day is over.
