We are Icanmanpower Counsultancy Services and you can find us over on Post Office Road in the Mango area of Jamshedpur. We have been working out of this space at 4 3 Awas Aditya for some time now. It is a busy spot, especially with the post office right there, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside our door. Inside, things are usually pretty focused on the piles of paperwork we have to get through every day. We spend most of our hours looking at files and trying to help people find where they need to go next in their careers. It is not the kind of place with fancy furniture or expensive art on the walls. We just have our desks, some chairs for visitors, and a few fans that try their best to keep the heat away during the summer months. Jamshedpur gets quite hot, as anyone living here knows. Most of the time, we are just busy answering phones or talking to folks who walk in off the street. We do not have any big corporate speeches to give. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and head home when the sun starts going down. It is a simple operation run by people who know the local neighborhood and how things work around here. We just try to stay organized and keep the tea flowing so we can stay awake during the long afternoons.
