We are located right near Gossner College here, specifically at the Milan Palace building. It is a pretty lively spot because of all the students walking by every day and the general bustle of the traffic right outside our door. Hiralal Industrial Technologies has been operating from this space for some time now, and we mostly focus on the technical stuff that factories and local plants need to keep their operations running. It’s not the quietest office because there is always a phone ringing or someone coming in to discuss a project. We keep a lot of our technical documents and samples around the place, so it might look a bit cluttered to an outsider, but we know where everything is. Our team is small, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We don't really go for fancy decorations or big signs. We find that people find us just fine by looking for Milan Palace. Most of our mornings are spent answering emails or talking to suppliers about parts. In the afternoon, it can get a bit slow when the sun is high, but then it picks up again toward the evening. We try to be practical about how we handle things. If a part isn't available, we just say so and try to find another way. It is just honest work in a busy part of town and we appreciate everyone who stops by.
