Freelancer

So we are located over at Mr R N Bhagat’s place on Harihar Singh Road. It’s in the Bariatu area of Ranchi, which is a fairly well-known part of town. Jharkhand weather is usually nice, but it can get quite dusty on the main roads. This office is basically a setup in a residential-style building, which makes it feel a lot less like a cold workspace and more like a home. We go by the name Freelancer here. It’s a bit of a walk from the main hospital area, but it’s quiet enough that we can actually get things done without too much distraction. There’s a bit of a garden out front, though it’s mostly just some wild grass and a few pots. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us sitting around with our laptops. The address 834008 is what we use for all our mail. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains, but we manage. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a lobby or expensive chairs. We just need a place to sit and some electricity. The people in the neighborhood are mostly families who have lived here for decades. It feels like a very stable place to be. We just keep our heads down and do our thing every day. There isn't really anything more to the story than that, just work and the quiet Ranchi air.
