We are based over in Bangalore, at 173 on the 3rd Cross. It’s part of the Viveknagar Further Extension area. If you’re familiar with the 3rd Main, you’ve probably passed by our building. Flexiworks India Pvt Ltd has been in this spot for a while. It’s a typical Bangalore neighborhood, a bit of noise from the street and some trees here and there. The office itself is pretty plain. We have our desks, some computers, and a lot of notebooks scattered around. It isn't a fancy corporate headquarters by any means. We’re just a bunch of people who know how to get things done. Some of us commute a long way to get here, so the coffee machine is pretty important in the mornings. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy meetings; we mostly just talk across the room to each other. It’s easier that way. Sometimes the internet is slow or the water cooler runs dry, but we manage. It’s a practical place to work. We like being in Viveknagar because it feels more like a real neighborhood than a cold business park. There are some good spots nearby to grab a quick lunch. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and try to keep things organized. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We don't need much more than that to get through the week.
