Our workplace is tucked away in Gadhiya Nagar-1, right on Street No. 4 off Sant Kabir Road in Rajkot. It’s a joint effort between Ultra Tech Cement Ltd and Rajtrishul Pvt Ltd. This part of Gujarat is always active, so there’s plenty of noise and dust from the trucks coming through. We handle the distribution and storage of cement bags for various projects around the city. The office is pretty basic, just a place to track orders and talk to drivers. Sometimes the traffic on Sant Kabir Road gets backed up, which slows things down, but that's just how life is in Rajkot. We’ve been at this address for a bit now, and the neighbors know us. It’s a straightforward operation with a small team. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that; we just focus on the physical work. The building isn't much to look at, but it serves its purpose for keeping the stock dry and organized. Most of the people we deal with are local guys who need a few hundred bags for a site nearby. We try to keep things moving as quickly as the heat allows. It gets hot here, so the early morning starts are necessary to get the heavy lifting done. We just keep our heads down and handle the cement logistics every day.
