Sipra School

Sipra School is located right in the Atika Industrial Area of Rajkot. If you know the 80 Feet Main Road, we are just off it in Nehrunagar, specifically on Street No.6 in Sarvoday Society. It’s a busy part of town. There are workshops and small factories all around us, so the sounds of machines and trucks are just part of the background here. It’s not the quietest place for a school, but we’ve made it work for years. The building fits right into the neighborhood. Inside, it’s a different world from the industrial noise outside. We have classrooms filled with children who live in the nearby societies. The walk to school involves crossing some busy intersections, so we always keep an eye out. Our space is compact. Every room is used for something, whether it’s a lesson or storing supplies. The walls are covered in student drawings and old charts. During the breaks, the kids spill out into the small open areas. It gets dusty because of the industrial activity nearby, so cleaning is a never-ending job. The teachers here are mostly from Rajkot and understand the hustle of the city. We don't have fancy facilities, but we have the basics needed to keep things running. People around Nehrunagar know us well. It’s a practical place for families working in the Atika area. Life at Sipra School is busy and a bit loud, just like the rest of the city.
