Out on Kalawad Road in Rajkot, things have changed a lot lately with all the new buildings coming up. Our school is tucked away in the Yogidham area. It’s a pretty lively spot. The school grounds are big enough for the kids to run around during their physical education classes. We have several wings in the building, and sometimes it takes a while to walk from one end to the other. In the mornings, the gate is crowded with yellow school buses and parents dropping off their children on scooters. The staff here is a mix of people who have been around since the beginning and some newer faces. We spend our days mostly in the classrooms or sitting in the shade during lunch. Rajkot gets very hot, so we value the fans and the water coolers we have scattered around. It’s a straightforward school life. We don't have a lot of high-tech gadgets in every room, but we have what we need to teach the lessons. The students are mostly from the nearby residential colonies. We have a small library that’s a bit cramped but has the books we need for the exams. Most of the time, the atmosphere is just regular school business—lots of talking, some running in the halls, and the sound of chalk on boards. It’s a solid part of the community here on the west side of the city. We just keep things moving and hope the students learn something useful.
