Dr. Deepchand Gardi School

Located right on Yagnik Road in Rajkot, our school sits inside the Golden Space building on the third floor. Being in the middle of a busy city area means there is always something going on outside. It is not like those schools with massive fields, but we make use of the space we have. The students get used to the city sounds while they study. Most of the staff has been here for a while, so we have a steady routine. We see a lot of traffic on the road below, especially during the mornings when parents are dropping their kids off before heading to work. It’s a practical location for families living in the center of town. The classrooms are divided up to fit the different age groups we handle. We spend a lot of time working at the desks and making sure the kids understand their lessons. Sometimes it feels a bit crowded when everyone is moving between rooms, but we manage just fine. We don't go for anything too flashy here. It’s more about the daily work of teaching and learning. People know us as that school in the commercial complex. We keep the place clean and try to make it as comfortable as possible for the students. It's a bit of a tight squeeze compared to rural schools, but it works well for the local community here in Rajkot. We just go about our business every day.
