Shri Vinayak Vidya Mandir

Our school is located at Vinayak Sankul in the Gaurav Park area. If you know Kalawad Road in Rajkot, you’ve probably passed by us. It’s a decent-sized building where we have classes for the local kids. We started this place because there was a need for a school in this part of town. Every morning the students arrive and the whole place comes alive. It's not a quiet building once the sun is up. We have regular classrooms and some space for the staff to sit. The office is usually busy with paperwork or parents dropping off lunches they forgot. We don't use big words or fancy posters to describe what we do. We just teach the subjects and make sure everyone follows the schedule. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to open all the windows. That's just how things go in Rajkot. We’ve seen many batches of students pass through these halls over the years. Some of the teachers have been here since the beginning. It feels like a small community inside Gaurav Park. We keep the place as clean as we can. The playground is where most of the action happens during break time. We don't have a giant campus but it's enough for what we need. People know us by name around here. It’s just a normal school day, day after day. We’re glad to be part of the neighborhood. It keeps us busy and useful.
