Mahatma Gandhi Education Campus

Mahatma Gandhi Education Campus is tucked away in Dipvan Park, right off the Nana Mava Main Road in Rajkot. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty crowded with all the shops and people moving about. The campus is a bit of a world of its own once you get inside the gates. We have different sections for different things, but it all feels like one big family, even if it gets a bit messy sometimes. The teachers usually gather in the staff room between periods to drink tea and talk about how the kids are doing. We’ve got some trees around that give a bit of shade when the sun is beating down on Rajkot, which everyone appreciates during the break. The classrooms aren't anything special, just plain rooms with enough space for the students to sit and write. We spend a lot of time on maintenance, fixing doors or painting over marks on the walls. It’s a lot of work running a campus this size. You’ll see students hanging around the main gate or sitting on the steps talking about their next exam. We don’t really have a big corporate philosophy or anything like that. We just want to make sure the lessons are taught and the place stays open. It’s a practical environment where we deal with real-life problems like leaky taps or missing registers, just like any other place in the city.
