Shri Maharshi Dayanand Vividhlaxi Vidhyalay

Shri Maharshi Dayanand Vividhlaxi Vidhyalay is based in the town of Tankara, which is in the Rajkot district. We have been operating in this area for quite some time, providing a place for local kids to come and get their education. The school itself is a pretty standard building with a few floors and a yard where everyone gathers in the mornings for prayers. Being in a place like Tankara, life is a bit slower than in the big cities, and we like it that way. Most of the people working here are from around the area, so we know the community well. We don't have any big marketing slogans or glossy brochures to hand out to people who visit. We just open the gates every morning and get to work with the students. The classrooms are filled with the usual wooden desks and blackboards, and things can get a bit noisy when the classes change over. We handle different subjects and activities as part of the curriculum, which keeps the days interesting for the staff and the children alike. Sometimes the power goes out or the rains make the ground a bit muddy, but we just deal with it and keep the lessons going anyway. It’s a very grounded kind of place where the focus is on the practical side of running a school. We are just a group of people trying to do a solid job for the families in Tankara who trust us with their kids.
