Shree Vidhya Aradhna School & Boys Hostel

We've been here at Riddhi Siddhi Park-1 for quite some time now. It’s right near the Bapa Sitaram Chawk in Mavdi, so things stay pretty busy around here. Running a school and a boys hostel at the same time means there is never a quiet moment. We start the day early when the boys wake up. You can hear them getting ready for classes and then the school side of things kicks off. Rajkot gets hot in the afternoons, so we try to keep things moving along before it gets too stuffy. The main road is always noisy with traffic, but once you step inside the gates, it’s just the usual school sounds. We’ve got students coming from different parts of the city and some stay here full time. It’s a lot of work making sure everyone has what they need, from textbooks to regular meals in the mess. We just do our bit to keep the place running. Sometimes the fans need fixing or the water cooler acts up, but that’s just part of life in a big building like this. We spend most of our time just managing the daily schedule and making sure the boys are doing their homework after school hours. It’s not fancy, but it works for the families who send their kids here. We see the same faces every day and you get to know the regulars around the Chawk too. It is a long day for us usually, but that is how it goes.
